2ND Line support engineer / trainee, Stockholm
2ND LINE SUPPORT ENGINEER/TRAINEE, STOCKHOLM
Duties: You will work with support of Qbricks solutions. Your responsibilities will mainly be 2nd line support but also some 1st & 3rd line support. This job includes everything from customer contact to solving problems and root cause analysis. Some work with delivery and setting up our solutions is included. The job will offer you the possibility to learn about our solutions that are in the fore front of technology. Therefore this job is not an ordinary support job. It is vital that you have a broad technical understanding and is eager to learn. The job will require that you have ambitions to work as a system developer. We think that you will learn our solutions in 12-18 months as a support engineer and after that you will start working as a developer in our development team.
Job type : The job is full time. Starting date is dependent on you but preferably as soon as possible.
Skills : We consider your personal characteristics as well as technical skills. The right attitude, personal drive and engagement are as important as the technical skills. Similar experience is meritorious. Fluent in English and Swedish are necessary. It is very important that you are services minded and have a calm and professional attitude.
You can be newly examined from school, but you need to have an interest of programming or system development. Any programming experienced is beneficial but no pre-requisite.
Education : A Master of Science or Bachelor within data science is required.
