 SENIOR SYSTEM DEVELOPER .NET, STOCKHOLM

Duties : You will be an important part of the team building our web based solutions for handling and publishing video. We work with Scrum and you will work with both new development as well as maintenance of existing code. Our systems and architecture requires good skills in design patterns as well as good knowledge about scalability and load balancing.

The duties will give you room for your creative ideas and we welcome initiatives to improve our solutions. The focus is on back-end development building API’s for heavy load, but also includes some front-end programming. We work mainly with C# and ASP.NET.

Job description : The job is full time. Starting date is dependent on you but preferably as soon as possible.
Skills : We consider your personal characteristics as well as your technical skills. The right attitude, personal drive and engagement are as important as the technical skills. Fluent in English is necessary, good understanding of Swedish beneficial but not a pre-requisite.

We expect you to have some of the following skills with at least 3-5 years of experience:
• C# and ASP.NET
• DDD and TDD
• Web Services (WCF, SOAP, REST/JSON)
• Good knowledge about design patterns within object oriented languages
• Development of scalable solutions with high availability and performance
• Database modeling in MS SQL Server
Additional experience as follows is a distinct advantage:
• JQuery, knockout.js, XML, JSON, AJAX, CSS2+3, HTML5
•  Web Services (WCF, SOAP, REST/JSON)
•  WPF

Education : A Master of Science or Bachelor within data science is required.
