Do you want to make our customers love us even more? Our Customer Support Manager is moving on to new challenges within Rebtel. We are looking for a person who can take on the job! You will be responsible for providing customer care that will help in converting, keep and grow the Rebtel user base and get satisfied users who perceives Rebtel customer care to be “Best in Class”!
- Manage all activities related to the Customer Support department
- Staff responsibilities (e g recruiting, coaching, follow ups, information)
- Set, implement and follow up on targets for the group
- Budget responsibility
- Initiate and drive operational improvements
- Participate and/or closely follow projects that will influence Customer Support
- Work both in a strategic and operational manner
- Work with customer errands
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support person, with a teamlead/managerial experience in the field.You can combine your sense of quality with speed and understands the challenges and points of success within a customer support department.
You have an interest in the telecom field and are “tech savvy”.
As a person, you have a great attitude and are highly motivated, result orientated and have a strong personal drive. You thrive on supporting and motivating others to great results!
Just as the rest of the staff at Rebtel, the support team is an international bunch! You will work with people from both Spanish and French speaking parts of the world.
You are fluent in English, if you know Swedish, French or Spanish it´s a bonus.
